Joe was professionally trained at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America located in Hyde Park, New York. There were a few slip ups, but everything was rectified right away. The food was excellent. The service was good and the manager was fantastic. Definitely will be back soon.

We continue to return to this beautiful restaurant for the food, ambiance, and service. Every bite of food is always delicious, the ambiance allows you to really relax, slow down, and enjoy the people you are dining with and vibe. The service is always spectacular.

Second time making the trip to Touché and once again did not disappoint. Most authentic French restaurant I know of in the Chicagoland area. Our server Paris was excellent, food, service all exceeds expectations. Already looking to return

First time here. Tremendous blend of tastes from start to finish ! We tried 3 unique cocktails and were not disappointed. The Fig Carré is my favorite. For starters the Potted Carrots and Shaved Butternut First timers & Squash were delicious! Of the pastas our favorite ended up being Stuffed Farfalle with Pappardelle coming in 2nd. The rainbow trout was excellent & light. We so enjoyed every taste! The butter cake was THE BOMB. Service was attentive and top notch . Was exceptional culinary experience.
