Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Nice option instead of having to host at home for the holiday. They could stand to have less tables.. 3 of the 4 of our party.. kept having our chairs bumped through out our meals. Very tight seating . Service was very attentive. You could see and feel the team work.

Dishes that are inventive, without being silly or pretentious. Try the Peking duck salad. The salads are a full meal.

Our first time at this restaurant and we really liked it. Great healthy menu with vegetarian and vegan options as well as healthy meat and chicken dishes. Great happy hour menu too. We will definitely be back!
