Following a successful launch in Salt Lake City, Carver Road Hospitality brought its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with their Summer 2023 debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road's premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.Flanker's extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. Overall great food and nice service. There are just a few things that could elevate the experience: the glassware is basic and the flatware is not for a high end restaurant looked like the cutlery at Denny's! The napkins could use an upgrade and maybe be monogrammed like in Hell's Kitchen.

As frequent visitors to Las Vegas, Esther’s remains our top choice for dining with its consistent high quality and innovative menu. The newer larger location now also provides seating options for those of us who prefer to eat at the bar! This week we chose the charcuterie board and the lamb, both of which were top quality. Always recommend this place.
