A spectacular experience. They took a large party last minute. We’re happy to work with dietary restrictions and the cocktails and food were PERFECT. Simple. Clean. AMAZING food and atmosphere. For sure we’ll become regulars!

O-Ku continues to go above and beyond! This restaurant amazes me with their customer service. I had shared that my family was celebrating my brother’s accomplishment in the Navy when I booked the reservation a month ago. When we were seated, there was a gift at the table. They ordered my brother a special gift to join in our celebration. Two managers also stopped by the table to check in. Our waitress was super attentive. The food was incredible. My favorite place in all of Charlotte to go! Can’t wait to go back.

The service was very fast and helpful. We quickly got all of our drinks, appetizers, and main dishes. The waitress was very polite and answered all the questions we had about the menu with ease and clarity. The food was delicious. We ordered the goopy burger and maltagliati. Both of which were good portion sizes for the price and had great flavor.

My wife and I have eaten here several times but this time we brought friends and they loved the food and everything about it. We love the changing menu as we get to try new things when we come back. Always a favorite!

The Port City is one of my new faves! I just love the Orange Julius and Lobster dumplings though only four at $5 each is bit much since I would love them as a meal!!!! The Chili Crusted Seared Tuna is amazing!!! Hope to make it a monthly stop.
