Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people. Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables. We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent. Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries. It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability.     The most efficient service I’ve been provided with. Staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. Our waiter Pablo made us feel welcomed & made the night extra special for my husband’s birthday. Will definitely be coming back soon

    We had an amazing experience. Food was delicious, cocktails were incredible complex and tasty. Service by Kevin and the whole team was fantastic. We definitely will be back and we can’t wait for the new location in Chandler to open up.

    We sat at the bar this time and it was such a great experience. We met a very nice young lady that took great care of us. This time I tried the Chinese chicken salad, it was very fresh,crunchy and a nice spice from the ginger dressing. I like extra dressing on mine, so I asked for some on the side, I truly enjoyed it. I will always recommend eating at True Food Kitchen.

    This was my second time visiting the Biltmore location. I enjoyed the first so much with my daughter that when my mother flew out for the holidays, I brought her. I requested to be seated in Drew's section since she was great last time. She didn't disappoint. Great service. I had the Chicken Parm, and enjoyed it. I live in Arizona City, so it's a 60 mile drive. So for me to drive 60 miles for dinner, I had to be impressed.

    Thanks for everything it was amazing food and exceptional ambiance for the price it was well worth it. I would do it again. Also I want to thank the staff for the sacrifice of hanging with their families and hanging out with us instead. Thank you all staff and organizers 5 star rating for sure
