Amalfi is exactly what I expected - high-level service in a professional environment...with wonderful food, perfectly prepared. It is so difficult to find these types of restaurants any longer - they are a dying breed. I don't have much to say about the food - when you visit a dining spot with Bobby Flay's name attached to it, you expect high quality food, albeit at a higher-end price point. That's exactly what you get here - no surprises. What was a welcome relief - really, a surprise these days - was the professional, quiet environment and the absolutely 10/10 wait staff. I miss that quality in modern dining. Everyone these days wants to be your friend...or they just don't care - its one or the other. Here - it was complete professionalism, and it was such a pleasure. I felt bad for the restaurant and the wait staff here - in a casino in Vegas - as some diners arrived in baseball caps and torn jeans...spent a decent amount of the time on their phones...or couples wrapped themselves around one another in public displays of affection - as though they might have just met the night before (laughing). It really added a trashy element to an otherwise elegant Thanksgiving evening. This restaurant is top-notch. We'll return.

Joes was an amazing experience from the moment I stepped into the building. They did not make me wait even a minute to be seated for my reservation. The gentleman at the front took the time to read the notes and wish my significant other and I a happy anniversary. The waitress was very very kind and extremely helpful in navigating through the menu and providing insightful recommendations. Once seated the staff did not permit for my glass to ever reach even half empty let alone empty! The requested cuts of meats arrived in the exact requested temperatures. Overall Joes provided a beautifully unique experience for my s/o and I. They made us feel very important even in a very busy resturant which was a very pleasant feeling. Overall I’d highly recommend Joes to anyone and everyone seeking a more sophisticated night out. With one visit it’s become a must have for every trip to Vegas moving forward. 100/10!!

The new location is absolutely stunning—high ceilings, beautiful wall accents, and sleek, loft style touches give the space a cozy yet upscale vibe. It’s the perfect setting for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a true celebration of Italian cuisine, and the chefs' spread is an absolute highlight. The selection of house-made spreads and the amazing sourdough, sets the stage for what’s to come. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and elegantly plated, showcasing the finest local ingredients with a clear emphasis on authenticity and seasonal flavors. The flavors are bold but balanced, giving you the perfect introduction to the exceptional meal ahead. When it comes to the main courses, Esther’s Kitchen truly shines. The pastas are exceptional—handmade and cooked to perfection. The MARGHERITA PIZZA, for example, is served with a rich, savory sauce that perfectly clings to each slice of pizza. The FAZZOLETTI, another standout, is cooked with precision, its layers perfectly balanced while the meat remains juicy and flavorful. Whether you’re craving something hearty or a lighter fare, the offerings are designed to satisfy all tastes, with seasonal touches that elevate each dish. The wine list is equally impressive, offering a selection of reds, whites, and bubbles that perfectly complement the bold flavors of the menu. The service is warm and attentive, with staff who are knowledgeable about the dishes and wine pairings, making the entire experience well worth while. Leo was an amazing server. Friendly and personable. Made excellent recommendations for dinner. If you eat there, ask for Leo!!!! Food was fantastic. Chef's Special that night was gumbo with blackened catfish and jumbo shrimp over mashed potatoes. Delicious. We also had the braised short-ribs. Fork tender, fall off the bone perfection. Served with roasted honey carrots that melt in your mouth.
