Our dad, Mikey and grandfather, Mel were deli “regulars,” dining at their favorite Cleveland, Ohio places. Mikey and grandfather. We often joined our dad and grandfather at the deli table. There was something in the air that caused some of the mis-steps at the restaurant. Our vodka tonics didn't have tonic, the lobster arrived without the appropriate lobster cracker and we had to wait for over 20 minutes for our entrees. We give high praise to the lobster dinner & the lobster roll. The raw oyster appretizer was shucked properly and was tasty. We've been to the Tun House on many occassions & this was the first time things were off kilter.

Excellent food and service! We had an 8:15 reservation, and the restaurant was packed with several parties waiting at the hostess stand. We went to the bar and had a seat, ordered drinks. Excellent service there as well. Very comfortable bar, so no problem that it took longer than quoted time. We were seated and after we ordered, the manager came to apologize for the wait in seating us. He offered to comp appetizers. Honestly, I have never had a manger come to apologize, much less offer something for a late seating (especially when we weren’t complaining at all). Top service tonight-one of our favorite places!

Food was really good, mostly had breakfast items like the waffle and the pancakes. Service was fine but seemed a bit busy for the number of servers on duty. Overall, a good experience, will be returning!
