We are regulars. We noticed the quality of service slipping; especially with the service staff. In several cases moderately articulate and not professionally presenting. . However, we have noticed of late an uptick and for that we will keep coming back. Multiple staff members were attentive and engaging and looked professional. We enjoyed our meals and will return. Our favorite spot in Nashville. Food and service are phenomenal

Etch has to be my wife and I’s absolute FAVORITE food spot in Nashville. Always an incredible experience with the best meals, easy. Our waitress, Sandra, was perfectly attentive and gave us plenty of time, space to enjoy while always being available to provide information and recommendations when asked. She was great. The entrees were second to none. I did the “from the sea” special, it was the Salmon. It was insanely good, incredible flavors and perfect pairings. My wife got the Filet Mignon and was raving about the meat and potatoes. We started with the Smoked Carpaccio which might be our favorite dish in Nashville. Such a good app. 10/10 experience, always.

We went last night to celebrate my daughter's engagement. We were seated immediately. The restaurant is beautiful. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The cocktails were unique and delicious. We ordered the artichoke appetizer and the arancini. Both were delicious. My wife ordered the trout, I had the short ribs, my daughter had the hangar steak and her fiance had the burger. The presentation of each course was beautiful. The food was delicious and we ate with gusto. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great food experience.

Love Firebirds! Always delicious and very consistent! Generous portions and very affordable! I highly recommend Firebirds for a special occasion or just a night out!
