Island Prime provided an absolutely exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the breathtaking views of the San Diego skyline set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner. The food was outstanding. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful—and the lobster tail was buttery and delicious. The sides were equally impressive, with the truffle mac and cheese being a standout. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full and every need met without being intrusive. The attention to detail and personalized touches truly elevated the experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want an incredible meal with a view, Island Prime is a must-visit. We can’t wait to return! Five stars, without a doubt!

From the moment we walked in the hostess was amazing. She accommodated our early arrival and was super helpful in getting us seated at the bar, while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our waitress in the bar, Erica, recommended happy hour drinks, and was super kind and welcoming! Our waiter, when our whole party arrived and was seated for dinner, Jacob, was also very kind and patient with our large group. We will certainly be back, as this is a staple restaurant whenever we’re in the San Diego area.

Finally a FRESH SEAFOOD DOWN TO EARTH CLASSY Restaurant that provides the ultimate in freshness in every ingredient tasted this night. My wife and I frequent seafood restaurants all over the Pacific including Maui and other neighboring islands. Only one that came close is Merrimans' not Mama's. The Fishery is the Real Deal and Thanks to the wonderful mind and hard work of the Owner and its' hard workers and especially the Chef who have nailed this hard to please type of cuisine and preparation.... This is my go to for business lunches and special events. Food and service at or above expectations. The views are amazing. Selection and quality provides something for all. Custom food requests don’t seem to cause issues. Lunchtime parking is ample and has been free when we go. They may regulate parking sometimes so call if that is a concern. You can’t go wrong with the Cohn family of restaurants, with C-Level being one of their premier locations.
