Everything we do goes into making our hearty meals stand out. We handcraft almost everything we serve. We provide larger portions so you get more food for your dollar. And if you want an Ice Cold Beer or Legendary Margarita to wash it all down — well, we have those, too.At Texas Roadhouse our team has an incredible sense of pride in everything we do. Okada Manila turns up the heat in the local culinary scene and introduces Enbu with the dancing flames of the grill as the restaurant’s inspiration. Carefully designed interiors with distinctly Japanese elements set the mood for a festive and enjoyable robatayaki experience. Suspended in multiple rows from the ceiling are 2,160 red chochin lanterns, reminiscent of festivals and picturesque streets in Japan. In the main dining area, Enbu’s stylish and inviting robata counters take center stage. Guests are called to take a seat and watch as Chef Atsushi Yoshida and his team make use of traditional Japanese cooking techniques, slow-grilling the finest meats and local produce over charcoal resulting to beautifully charred and full-flavored dishes with smoky aromas. Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. Taking inspiration from the term Rumba, which was introduced in Spain in the early 20th century as rumba flamenco, the restaurant’s dishes flirt, tease and sway on the palate.
