Quiessence is a fine dining, true farm to table restaurant located at The Farm at South Mountain, a 10 acre oasis by South Mountain. We have a 2 acre organic garden onsite that we utilize as much as possible for our dishes. Our menu changes regularly based on local and seasonal availability. I’ve been here a few times, and have always felt it was alright, nothing great. This time I was pleasantly surprised. The chips and 3 salsas were good, and everyone got the carne asada. This is a grilled rib eye delivered in a mesquite smoke dome. It was really good! I will definitely be coming back!

Not our first visit, but definitely our best! The menu, always do the 5 course, was perfection. Our server was on top of our every need. The rest of the staff was friendly, picked up on our joking fun nature and laughed with us. The farm is beautiful and the food was fresh.

This was my second time visiting the Biltmore location. I enjoyed the first so much with my daughter that when my mother flew out for the holidays, I brought her. I requested to be seated in Drew's section since she was great last time. She didn't disappoint. Great service. I had the Chicken Parm, and enjoyed it. I live in Arizona City, so it's a 60 mile drive. So for me to drive 60 miles for dinner, I had to be impressed.
