Esperienza sublime, piatti ben presentati e molto equilibrati , eseguiti con ingredienti freschi e di ottima qualita , personale di sala gentile, preparato e pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. I found Art Cibò though open table… sometimes it is hit or miss. This is not one of these cases, the staff is absolutely the most welcoming and friendly I’ve seen in my multiple travels to Rome. The restaurant is quaint, well decorated and clean. The food is impeccable l, I’m surprised they are not featured more prominently in Zagat or Michelin. The food is exquisite, soulful and approachable, the portions sizes are perfect for a multi course meal. Did I mention the staff is warm and welcoming? I have nothing to complain or critique which is rare and that is a testament to how amazing this place is. The flavors were authentic, sublime, tasteful and not overwhelming, it is genuinely just elegant and well presented. 11/10 I will be back next time in Roma.

We had an amazing evening at Anima. It was the celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary and the moment they knew this, they were even more amazing. We received a hand made card from the staff. All in all this was one of our most pleasant experiences in a good restaurant. The food was exceptional and they have a great wine list. If we ever get to Rome again, we will eat there. And stay in the beautiful Hotel it is attached to.
