Chef Joseph Wrede is a Food & Wine Best New Chef, the winner of several AAA Four Diamond Awards, several DiRoNA Awards and has received both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast distinctions. Joseph’s Culinary Pub is a creation of Chef Wrede and his creative and business partners. This is the third incarnation of Wrede’s original Joseph’s Table, conceived in Taos, New Mexico, not quite 20 years ago, for which he is well known and loved within the region and beyond. Joseph’s Culinary Pub is designed to be a platform for Chef Wrede’s unique and uncompromising vision on traditional and contemporary cuisine, both regional and international. Regarding the restaurant as a process much like theater, Wrede envisions the experience of dining in his restaurant as an interactive play between the pub and the public, with his sights aimed at rivaling high art.

The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home.     Coyote Cafe is a staple in our Santa Fe restaurant rotation. Every meal we’ve had there has been excellent. New Year’s Day was no exception (even though we were still full from our New Years Eve dinner lol). Started with the kampachi and then I had the sea bass and my husband had the elk tenderloin. I opted for wine by the glass instead of bottle (see NYE comment above) and the server recommended a wonderful, minerally white that perfectly complemented the fish. We’ll definitely be back!

    ¡Verdadera comida auténtica española!!! Probamos múltiples platos y todos excelentes… Las croquetas de jamón, el pan tomate con jamón serrano, las gambas al ajillo y las alcachofas divinas!!! Probamos por primera vez el queso manchego frito y los chicharrones de pork belly! Deliciosos. Tomamos cerveza catalana. La carta de vinos españoles excelente!

    The food is always wonderful at Joseph's. Our server was most attentive and informative, which we very much appreciate! You can never go wrong here. And the ambiance is just lovely. Small and intimate. Love it!
