Best Italian food I have in Vegas ! The duck confit pizza was out of this world. The cauliflower starter was full of flavors. The tuna crudo and the roasted beet salad were so delicious

Charred octopus and squid ink fettuccine were delicious. Good spin on a Caesar salad. The chicken parm was not good because it breading was tasteless and needed the sauce to give it flavor.

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in an unforgettable meal, this spot is well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

I’m on a heart healthy diet and found True Foods through Trip Advisor. It can be very challenging to find food options that fit the tab (gluten free, no sugar, the right oils, low saturated fats, no processed food). So, when I saw the menu I almost got giddy. The dinner was great and my normal eating companions enjoyed what they had. Our server was very helpful and accommodating.
