Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. Wonderful food. We shared keftedes,spanakopita, sea bass and choriatiki salad. Finished it off with Loukoumades that were better than my aunt's.... And she is an expert! Can't wait to go again!

The service and our server was so gentle! The food was good, we had beef tartar, kale salad, corn, and shared the steak. Profiterole and creme brûlée were highlights of the night. All of them were delicious! we paid $650 for 4 person.

My third dinner at a Chef Lee restaurant. The Slaw continues to be sublime. Wasn't so enamoured with the Spring Rolls or Chicken curry... but Asian Beef rescued the meal. Best in a group of 4-6 so you can taste more dishes.

One of my favorite spots in Toronto. My go to spot when friends & family are visiting us. It never dissappoints! Food is AMAZING! Their Falafels are the best in town. And service is always GREAT!
