Dinnertime (on a Monday) was much quieter than lunchtime so it was nice that it wasn't too loud. Also they didn't rush us out. We lingered & chatted even after we paid the bill. We were asked what kind of water we wanted for our table and told our server, Evelyn would be right over to take our order, which she did. She took our cocktail order and when they were served she took our dinner order. My husband had the foil gras mousse and I had the tapioca custard appetizer.
