Hamrock's Restaurant is located within the Moore-McCandlish House (built 1842) in the heart of historic Fairfax City. We've been proud to serve delicious made-to-order American dishes using fresh ingredients since our establishment in 2016. We also have a wonderful hand-selected wine list to enhance your dining experience. Approximately eighty-percent of our menu is-- or can be-- gluten-free, as we use only canola and olive oil in all of our cooking. Some of our best-selling dishes are our southern fried chicken, grilled meatloaf, and crab cakes-- all which are gluten free! Other menu favorites include our deviled eggs, firecracker shrimp, Atlantic grilled salmon, roasted pork tenderloin, and penne pasta with andouille sausage & shrimp. We have beautiful year-round outdoor seating options on our wrap around porch (we have heaters!) In the warmer months, we also open our courtyard. Stopped by after work to wait out traffic. The service was great and the food was delicious. Very short wait time. Chicken lettuce wraps are always a good choice for an appetizer. The personal size chocolate peanut butter dessert was delicious.

I found 703 bar + kitchen by chance. I sat at the bar. Great service and conversation with the bartender. Everyone was friendly. Food was good. I'd go back :-)
