Located in historic Blagden Alley in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood since 2015, The Dabney continues to pay tribute to the wonderful farmers, watermen, and purveyors of the mid-Atlantic region whom provide some of the best and most unique products in the country. We celebrate these ingredients by preparing them in a large wood burning hearth which is the centerpiece of our open kitchen. The current dining room experience is an 8-course tasting menu honoring the Mid-Atlantic's bounty. We offer an additional 3-course experience at our bar and bar area tables. Walk-in guests are welcome to enjoy the bar area as well.The Dabney has been awarded one Michelin star every year since 2017, James Beard Foundation Best Chef Mid-Atlantic for Chef Jeremiah Langhorne in 2018, and Washingtonian Magazine's #1 restaurant in 2023.     We enjoyed every aspect of our dinner at the Willard Cafe Du Parc. The customer service was extraordinary from the hostess to the restaurant staff waiter Martin, the Manager, the Cheff, everyone went well beyond their call of duty to make our experience an excellent one. I am eternally obliged. Every item we ordered from the menu were outstanding. No complaints whatsoever! It was a special occasion for us and the staff made it very very special for us. The hostess even called me in advance to ask where we would like to sit! That is what I call customer service excellence! My hats off to the Willard Management team for holding such unbelievable customer service and care and quality of staff at the highest levels. We will be back again. Thank YOU! Alex

    I took my wife here for her birthday. It was the first time either of us have been and it was Phenomenal. The food was amazing and the drinks were great. Our serve was Briana and she was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about both the menu and drinks. She gave great suggestions and made sure we were taken care of. She definitely helped make the experience better with how accommodating she was with everything. My wife loved it and they even gave us a more secluded table so we could have our own little corner to ourselves. We will definitely be going back!
