A unique cross between a chop house and Crudo bar, Hook & Ladder features Certified A5 Japanese wagyu beef that will melt in your month. Dry aged Steak offerings including 32 days dry aged Porterhouse (28oz), 32 days aged Tomahawk Ribeye (40oz) that will taste decidedly beefy, much like a rare roast beef, while also taking on subtler hints of other delicious flavors. We were seated in the Fireplace Room as requested in our reservation. Waiter was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. The food continues to be well prepared. During the winter you do need to dress warmly.

Two of us ordered the bow tie pasta with shrimp & crab with Volkswagen like sauce but the problem was there wasn’t any crab in either entree. Very disappointing. The calamari was excellent. if you’re going to advertise that this dish has crab then please put it in.
