Tellers serves authentic interpretations of regional Italian cuisine. James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. The restaurant will be his first concept to open since winning a James Beard award as 2023’s Best Chef Southwest and will be located on the first floor of the historic Skirvin Hotel (One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City). Perle Mesta will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner service and the cuisine will reflect Chef Black’s continued exploration of what he calls “possibility cuisine,” a concept he attributes to his style of cooking that explores and embraces the endless possibilities of ingredients, flavors, techniques, and cultural influences. In this context, possibility cuisine involves chefs pushing the boundaries of traditional cooking and experimenting with unconventional ingredients, fusion cuisine, molecular gastronomy, or avant-garde techniques. It may involve a sense of creativity, innovation, and openness to exploring new culinary horizons.

The Castle built in 1945 and styled as a Chåteau de Normandie offers The Cellar for intimate casual dining and The Primrose at Castle Falls features a five-course dining experience; both opened Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening by reservation and any day with prearrangement. Castle Falls features casual and upscale dining. Please allow a minimum of two hours for your dining experience. Though many still fondly remember the Keller in the Kastle from the 90s, German cuisine is no longer served.

    service was great but for the price food was subpar, it was not hot and very chewy, my employees informed me that the lobster was very rubbery and chewy.... for over $600 we figured this meal would be top notch for 4 people.

    I had a business lunch with my customer. We had a lovely lunch and quite enough to have a conversation. Waitress was very attentive but let us have our meeting. All in all great place parking a bit of an issue But I will be holding my meetings here from now on

    This had to be one of our best culinary experiences! The overall ambiance was soft and serene. Fine dining combined with dinner choices that had us wanting to lick the plates. (We didn't!). Our server, Landon, was patient and talked us through all the choices for dinner and provided outstanding service. Everything we had heard, read, and saw on "The Dish" on CBS Saturday Morning was exceeded and expanded upon. A truly magnificent dinner engagement!
