James Beard Award-winning Chef Andrew Black makes his way back to Skirvin Hotel to open his newest restaurant concept, Perle Mesta. The restaurant will be his first concept to open since winning a James Beard award as 2023’s Best Chef Southwest and will be located on the first floor of the historic Skirvin Hotel (One Park Avenue, Oklahoma City). A world class dining experience. The Lobster Cargo is just phenomenal. The steak Roquefort is excellent for blue cheese lovers and the meat is butter soft. Of course, the potatoes au gratin are fantastic.

SUPERB! Excellent presentations. The Taster F5 Kobe beef, bay scallops, the Radicchio Ceaser Salad and an Entree of Citrus Fennel dusted scallops were savory, aromatic, delightfully sensual. Absolute attention to detail. Looking forward to exploring Perle Mesta again soon!
