Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. Promptly seated (6:15 reservation). Waitress was prompt and attentive. The pre-dinner drinks took longer than they have, about a 15 minute wait. Food served hot and was good. The gingerbread bread pudding was delicious. The ambience was very nice and the free 2 hour valet parking was nice.
