Williams & Graham is an internationally recognized and awarded craft cocktail bar hidden behind a bookshelf. We have been recognized as a World's Top 50 Bar and Top Cocktail Bar in the US (2x). We offer a rich ambiance, wide variety of drinks, delicious food served until 1am nightly, and genuine hospitality. We take reservations Sunday through Thursday with walk-in availability. We accept a limited amount of reservations on Friday & Saturday allowing more space for walk-in guests. Due to limited capacity and high demand, all reservations have a set maximum time of 2 hours to enjoy food and drink. Afternoon tea was lovely! Brown Palace beautifully decorated for Christmas, so festive! Atmosphere was cheery and bright and had all the holiday feels. I had heard that the BP had gone downhill a bit, but that was not at all our experience. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and polite. Our server was wonderful and attentive, and the food was terrific! Added bonus there was a piano player and he was wonderful and made the event even more special! Highly recommend!

Went here 2x when in Denver this fall. For a tavern, the food was extra good. For lunch, the Caesar salad was among the best I've ever had, and the shrimp salad sandwich with tarragon was excellent. For dinner, for vegetarians they had a tofu steak with potatoes and vegetables that was also top notch. Drinks were good too. Service was attentive and friendly without being bothersome. And its location in the spectacular Brown Palace hotel can't be beat.
