Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. Outstanding food, beer, service, and atmosphere! We came on a Friday night with a 2 year old and a 3 month old. It was the best night out we have had as a family in a long time. There was a variety of people there all to enjoy delicious food and drink. Our experience with all employees was top notch. We cannot wait to return!

Our server, Conner, was knowledgeable about the menu, and the restaurant itself, as were all of the staff. Efficient, also. The food (salads, duck confit and rack of lamb) was truly remarkable: flavorful, nuanced, and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
