Review: Exceptional Dining Experience at Bacchanalia From the moment we arrived at Bacchanalia, we were met with exceptional hospitality. Despite a queue at the entrance, the attentive staff promptly acknowledged our arrival and ensured we were seated within five minutes. As soon as we settled in, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water, setting the tone for the level of attentiveness throughout the evening. Anna took the time to walk us through the menu, providing clear explanations that helped us navigate the options with ease. Nikos, who took our order, was an absolute standout. His attentiveness and thoughtful recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He ensured that each course, from starters to dessert, was delivered seamlessly, checking in regularly to make sure we were well taken care of and fully satisfied. The service at Bacchanalia truly elevated our meal, making for a memorable and enjoyable evening. The combination of warm hospitality, knowledgeable staff, and impeccable service makes it a dining experience worth returning to.

We celebrated my daughter’s first year birthday and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, the staff was so lovely, welcoming and provided a great service. They even give a little present to my baby which was so thoughtful and nice gesture 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Claridge’s hotel is always one of the best in London 👌🤍🤍🤍🤍

Manetta’s Bar at Fleming’s Hotel Mayfair was an absolute gem of an experience. It was my first time visiting, and everything—from the ambiance to the service—was exceptional. The staff was not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable, adding to the charm of the evening. The drinks were expertly crafted, offering a perfect balance of creativity and execution. What truly stood out was the menu itself—beautifully designed with fascinating quotes from artists and writers, alongside a bit of history about the hotel. It added a literary and artistic flair that made the experience feel even more special. A sophisticated yet welcoming spot, ideal for anyone who appreciates well-made cocktails in an elegant setting. I’ll definitely be returning!

Cozy little hotel in the heart of Mayfair easy to reach… excellent tea setting, good food and one glass of champagne included! The scones were not exactly to my taste: I am more of a classic scone type. Service was excellent! Replaced tea twice, but a little hesitant when we requested a few more sandwiches which was strange considering we paid 5 star price for the experience? Overall quite satisfactory…

This was a very memorable experience. The food was spectacular and the staff was always there without being intrusive. Not an inexpensive dinner but well worth it
