The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. My new favourite place to go for dinner. We were early for our booking but we were greeted so warmly. Our table was waiting for us which was a real bonus at this time of year! White table cloths and napkins add an air of luxury. So rarely see these days. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. A couple of good vegetarian options too. Great house wines. Reasonably priced. The extra spicy bloody marys are to die for! Get yourselves booked in.

Undeniably amazing. The setup was fantastic. The vibes were astonishing. The lobster pasta was phenomenal. The greek salad was amazing. The drink options were unparalleled. However, the star of the show was the Medusa Cake. 5 out of 5
