A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty!     Such a great way to spend a little time on a rainy cold day! This could not be a cozier spot. The decor and adorable mismatched china are so great. Staff is very nice and attentive. Tea was delicious with lots of choices.

    First time at RH Rooftop for me and my friends. Chosen to celebrate my milestone birthday. We were all so impressed with the elegant ambiance, crystal chandeliers, superb waitstaff and service, delicious food prepared to perfection. And the best was a surprise birthday candle for dessert with a warm soft yummy chocolate chip cookie. We will definitely come back for another lovely experience.

    A warm, lovely spot to eat. You can feel the history and taste the love that goes into the delicious food prep. Don't miss it if you visit or live in NYC. One drawback/negative ... in my reservation I wrote that I was bringing a friend we were celebrating her birthday. I thought there would be some kind of celebratory dessert provided as I've experienced in other establishments. There wasn't even an acknowledgement.

    Service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed a large house salad, chicken sandwich and the best Goodfellas burger with delicious French fries. The Wise Guy cocktail is always my favorite and the beer choices are excellent. We can't wait to go back. It is a great place to meet up with friends or come to see one of their special presentations.
