Chinois haute cuisine is meant to be enjoyed and experienced in the proper fashion. Let the 4-floor rooftop enclave of rich textures and hues mesmerize you with waves of exotic dishes. The name "Hakkasan" pays homage to the ‘Hakka’ people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. This same tradition and respect goes into every menu item and how they are each prepared and presented. To complement our wine list, there is a $60 corkage fee (per 750 ML) for two bottles and $120 for any additional bottle (per 750 ML).

Inoshin is an omakase experience from the team behind New York's Michelin-starred Kosaka, taking up an eight-month residency within the historic Hemingway Tower at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. Named for chef Shinichi Inoue, Inoshin is the culmination of a nearly 30-year career dedicated to the art of sushi. Following two decades of training in Tokyo, chef Inoue made his name in New York's restaurant scene, as chef of his eponymous Inoue, Kosaka and two residencies of Kosaka Miami.At Inoshin, we offer traditional Japanese Omakase experience for $250 per guest. Our guests have an option to sit at the six-seat chef's sushi counter top or at a selection of intimate tables, where chef Inoue guides them through a culinary journey that begins with hassun, or Japanese small plates, followed by sashimi, classic nigiri sushis, and beautiful Japanese desserts to finish. Casadonna is a Coastal Italian-inspired waterfront restaurant developed in partnership between Groot Hospitality and Tao Group Hospitality. It is housed in the same Mediterranean revival building as Miami’s historic Women’s Club, located in the city’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood. In fact, the name “Casadonna” is derived from the setting—it is a fusion of Italian words translating to “house of the woman.”Riviera-style Italian cooking serves as the heart of Casadonna’s cuisine.
