I got lucky enough to visit here for Valentine's Day, and it was absolutely fantastic! The second we walked in, the vibe was intimate, elegant, and just perfect for a night out. The cuisine was amazing. The service was 10 out of 10, attentive, and made us feel rightly valued. Silky smooth, and we were never hurried. Overall, an amazing experience. I'll be returning for certain. Highly recommend for any special occasion or even if you simply want a top notch dining experience!

Wow, I’ve never had a dining experience quite like it!!! Staff and service went above and beyond. It was Valentine’s Day, and the staff signed a card for us! The food was so fresh and flavorful. The flavor of that Caesar salad… I’ll be raving about it forever.

What an excellent place to eat! It's a charming restaurant with lots of little rooms where the noise level is low. The food quality was excellent and it came out very quickly, despite being a very crowded evening.

This was one of my favorite restaurants I’ve been too in the southeast PA area, Philly and media included. The food came out extremely fast and was fine dining quality with unique dishes. The beef tartare, lobster crepes, duck entre, and fried cheesecake were all amazing. They also accommodated our 1 year old daughter with a high chair.

We had a fabulous St. Valentine’s Day celebration! The food was fabulous & each of the 4 singers we heard were at the top of their game. Truly gifted singers every one! Our server went above & beyond to make sure we had a good experience! She took such good care of us! We always have a great time at Victor Cafe but this evening was exceptional! Kudos to all!!
