Known for their award winning craft cocktails, scratch made food & hidden gem of a back patio, Savoy Taproom is an approachable, upscale bar and restaurant located on Lark Street in the heart of Albany’s Center Square neighborhood. First established in 1936, the storied and historic Savoy reopened in early 2016. Their American gastropub food menu features a variety of pub fare favorites and exquisitely prepared entrees including a wealth of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Starting April 1st, The kitchen is open Monday through Friday from 5pm to 11pm, and Saturday and Sunday noon to 11pm. The restaurant has two outdoor patios and a private dining room.

dp An American Brasserie, is a signature restaurant by Dominick Purnomo. It offers a menu of imaginative and inventive cuisine, a dozen small plates, traditional favorites and signature menu items. At just under 2000 sq ft with 18 foot ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting from six oversized windows, dp is a room that demands attention. Our dining room offers a mix of table & banquette seating in a decidedly more casual atmosphere than Yono’s.It features a 25 foot custom mahogany and granite bar stocked with a full array of spirits, cordials, and of course myriad wines by the glass. We pride our beverage program on fresh, seasonally inspired cocktails, & by the glass wine program, ever-changing, that rivals any in the region. The Copper Crow is a purveyor of fine food & craft cocktails located in the historic Andrew Kirk & Son’s Brewery building at 904 Broadway in Albany, New York’s North end warehouse district. The Copper Crow’s food menu features an eclectic collection of American fusion dishes that incorporate international influences, ingredients & cooking methods from various regions around the world. Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. On Saturday and Sunday the bar and kitchen open at noon. Saturday night the kitchen closes at 10pm and Sunday night the kitchen closes at 9pm.

    We always look forward to dining at dp Brasserie. The food is delicious and the service exceptional. Kiara R. was very charming, knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed the charred octopus, the pear and chevre salad, a burger and the chicken Gabriel. The Bananas Foster was a perfect ending to our perfect meal.

    The atmosphere at this Albany location is a total 180 from the Saratoga Springs location. This feels elevated and chic. China (forgive my spelling) was an amazing wait staff member. From the check in to our final bite, the entire experience was amazing. We both got the 2 pc. fried chicken, my partner got fries and dirty rice...i got the mashed potatoes and Cajun cole slaw. EVERYTIHNG was perfection and was extremely tasty. Thank you for an amazing night of dining and we will be back!!!

    I always dine at The Albany War room when seeing a concert at MVP Arena. They have a limited menu on those nights, but still something for everyone. Last night I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. The sushi, made fresh, is also delicious. Highly recommend!
