While the restaurant has brought some of the trucks’ street food favorites to the restaurant including its famous tacos and JapaJam burger, it boasts a number of new menu items influenced by Chef Eric Silverstein's childhood growing up in Asia. Our first visit. Overall- I always believe service wins over food. A diner can make a bad choice, but rude service is never ok. Tonight we got amazing service from Tristan and Tray. I didn’t make a good choice on my food- but totally my palette. But Tray would not take me being unhappy. They just were awesome. Treated us like diners they cared about - not even knowing if we were tourists or locals- didn’t care. We will. return! We are relocating here and now know where we will return to! Thank you!

Food is inventive and very good. Cocktails are outstanding. We had various different dishes and shared and all were good to excellent. Prices are very reasonable.

We always love coming to the Salty Sow. We love the vibe and the eclectic menu as well as the awesome drinks! Jordan our server was great. Can’t go wrong with the deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts and duck fat fries for some shared appetizers! Rounded off with the filet, pork belly and beef shoulder. They have a great happy hour! Highly recommend
