Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. Amazing experience at Kitten! Staff were lovely and the food was exceptional. Only thing I’d say is the food came out very fast. We ordered 6 items and they all came out within 15 mins of ordering. Drinks came after the food so would prefer for it to have been slowed down a bit and it to come out in stages but other than that it was fabulous and would come again. Thank you so much

One of the best meals out I’ve had in ages. Blacklock might be my new favourite Manchester restaurant. I loved everything about it - low key, unpretentious but such high-quality. Friendly staff, efficient service. It’s really excellent.
