Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. Nice to see the menu have a few changes, a couple of nice new additions. The calamari was lovely and well received. Service excellent and friendly. A bit noisy with several Christmas work celebrations but ambience always good. Good to have the GF options.

Genuinely faultless food and service. Very very generous portions, accommodation made @ late notice for a vegetarian with additional meals provided for the banquet. So much food we took home quite a few take away containers (don't judge - food waste is a terrible thing!). This was a first time for me and I'll be back for sure.

I had the best afternoon, I booked outside even though it was hot, we were placed under the shade (even offered inside). The wait staff were incredible, very quick at taking our orders and bringing them out. Can’t wait to go back.
