Within a beautiful Subiaco heritage building, a new neighbourhood wine bar has entered the scene on Hay Street. In the 1920s, the building was home to a provisions merchant owned by husband and wife Emily and Charles Lums. Their shop, EA Lums & Co, was a place for locals to grab quality ingredients from a family-owned shop. With the appointment of Nick Young as Head Chef, Lums offers a brand new, vino-friendly food offering.Nick’s resume boasts a wonderful mix of fine dining and funky neighbourhood eateries including Wildflower, Must, Bivouac and Lallah Rookh. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Terrance was an amazing waiter and had excellent customer service. Very grateful for the staff and loved every second of our experience.
