You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. All our dishes are created by our head chef Olindo who draws on these inspirations his signature dishes including a seafood gnocchi.The open kitchen and lime wash walls define the chic, intimate dining space of Plate at No.6. Our famous Mediterranean warmth and relaxed ambience welcomes work mates and first dates, quiet drinks, and family celebrations.A selection of wines have been selected by Sicilian sommelier and Italian wine expert Virgilio Gennaro and cocktails are designed by Regan Fernandes to compliment the fresh, coastal flavours that will revolve around seasonal and local availability.     Harvey, our waiter was very attentive and showed an interest in the menu choices too making the selection process much easier for all. The setting of the restaurant is fabulous and overall it was such a pleasant lunch. I will be coming back again soon maybe even before Xmas if I can get in. Thanks again.

    Another memorable meal complete with a birthday surprise. Good to see the feast menu is updated at regular intervals. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

    I want to thank all the Ivy staff for their warmth and kindness. It truly is the best place to celebrate a long anniversary or a special event. Everyone was incredibly professional and amazing, and the atmosphere was simply stunning. The afternoon tea was an incredible experience—every piece was exquisite and tasted absolutely wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s absolutely fantastic!

    I visited the restaurant for the first time with my wife, 8pm on a Friday. The restaurant was quite busy. There was a live singer which gave a nice atmosphere, although it could be too loud for some people, we quite enjoyed it. The service and food were very enjoyable and we were talking about when we would come back next. 3 courses each, a side of garlic bread and a bottle of wine for £135 inc service. Would thoroughly recommend

    Love piccolinos and always a first choice for my friends and I to meet up .. with the recent updated seating and bar it looks retro - beautiful !! Food And service is amazing as always … hopefully once the windows are in it will be a little warmer in the future …
