Start your day right as our baristas expertly serve up The Grounds house-roasted espresso and filter coffees, or end it in the best possible way and cosy in with our selection of cocktails and a dinner menu that features something for everyone. You’ll find our coffee sommelier at The Barista’s Bar ready to take you through a tailored coffee experience, and our tea lady roaming the room with a trolley adorned with fresh coffee, our selection of ethically sourced teas and cakes.

Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant. The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply. Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply. Please view the restaurant and bar menus on our website as they differ.On public holidays a 15% surcharge applies. On Sundays a 10% surcharge applies. We hope to host you soon!

    Had a great dinner experience here with Brandon and his team. Brandon and Jacky were very responsive and accommodating in the booking stage, were flexible with changes and even child friendly. On the night, Sofia was very pleasant and attentive, keeping an eye on all 20 of us and making sure everyone’s needs were accommodated. Every dish on the set menu was amazing. After dinner we were moved to the bar area. Bartenders were great and worked fast. Monique was also very friendly and generous and made sure to give us plenty of water throughout the night. Music and DJ created a fun atmosphere as well. Would definitely recommend coming for dinner and drinks.

    Waitress, bartender, and manager were all very accommodating to my family’s needs with a toddler. All kind and patient. Wagu burger was amazing. Keep thinking about going back for another!
