Café Continental, in Manhasset, crafts sumptuous Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a nod to classic style in its warm and relaxing restaurant. The stuffed artichoke with breadcrumbs and lemon butter sauce and the Littleneck clams on the half shell make most welcoming starters. Some of Café Continental's specialty entrée dishes include the chicken Continental stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella in a burgundy sauce, the crab stuffed shrimp and scallops with lemon butter and white wine and the filet mignon Rossini. was lovely to be there. Oysters and lobster appetizers were beautifully plated and delicious. My husbands dry aged rib eye was outstanding, and more then he could eat si weve got dinner tonight. The stuffed artichoke with breadcrumbs and lemon butter sauce and the Littleneck clams on the half shell make most welcoming starters.
