Nestled on the waterfront in Irvington, New York, Red Hat on the River is an American modern bistro serving satisfied diners since 2003. Having a table next to the door it s an inconvenience due to waiters going in and out and it s really cold. Suggestion: dim the light, to bright for a restaurant and doesn’t create a sense of intimacy. Hope you will have dancing nights😊 The decor is absolutely amazing! We will go back.
