Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.     We had a great time celebrating early Thanksgiving and everything about this place is amazing!! Starting with the valet, manager Yanni who was very accommodating and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. The place is elegantly decorated, the food is super fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned, the portions are very generous and the wines are spectacular! We are looking forward to our next dinner and will be bringing our friends as well. Thank you Oceanos for a beautiful experience!!

    You can never go wrong eating at Capital Grille. The food is always outstanding and the waiters are remarkable. We’ve eaten at other locations in different states but to us the Paramus location is the best. I had the New England Clam Chowder soup, the Lobster salad. My husband had the French Onion soup and the Steak Frites . We finished our meal with the cheesecake. Everything was absolutely delicious!

    Our first time back to our favorite restaurant since Chef Greg took over, and he did not disappoint. The menu is a very nice balance of some Matisse favorites with some new, wonderful creations. The staff are first rate. We will be back.
