Nestled on the waterfront in Irvington, New York, Red Hat on the River is an American modern bistro serving satisfied diners since 2003. My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Red Hat. It was our first experience at the restaurant. The cocktails and food were delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely return!
