EVERY BILL INCLUDES THIS NOTE: There is a 20% service charge added to every bill, which the restaurant retains 100% of that service charge. The service charge is taxed, which is WA state law. It was busy with a large group when we arrived but it is such a a big space that it doesn't ever feel too crowded. The food was yummy but the appetizers/shared snacks are all pretty salty.
