There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. I love that they still have outdoor dining. They have great heaters and they preheat the covered patio area. Service was quick and efficient. I had the half Caesar: crisp, cold, and very flavorful. And the large Pancetta pizza. This is my favorite pizza in the world! Everything about it is ‘spot-on’! To drink, I had the Smoke and Oak. A finely crafted libation. I could only eat about half of the pizza, so took the other half home.

Superb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.
