The food was great. The price of the food is not very expensive, and the ambience was very nice! Definitely a must to restaurant in vail .

The service and the food are both 10/10. I’d argue this is a perfect order for two.. 1. Tuna Tataki 2. Yellowtail Jalapeño 3. Miso Cod 4. Sushi Combination dinner x2 Also had the tuna crispy rice which was delicious. The miso eggplant is excellent and different enough from the miso cod that it’s worth ordering both. The rock shrimp tempura was yummy but I preferred the fresh dishes over this one. Great miso soup too!

Incredible dinner experience. We had the hamachi crudo, beef tartare and cornbread as appetizers and then we all had the short rib for main. Perfect quality and perfect service. An absolute must for dinner in Vail.

Alpenrose was just as charming as I imagined! Friendly servers, great decor and ambiance and great food! We shared the fondue appetizer-very tasty with a good flavor (not too strong but authentic!) as well as the schnitzel, a couple house salads (a great salad actually) and the apfel strudel. Everything was delicious, it’s a bit pricey for what it is but still worth the experience.

First class for everything, quality of food, service, location, efficiency, ambience. Went twice and was consistently great
