I recently celebrated my birthday at CATCH LA, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was vibrant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special celebration. Our server, Tadley, was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our needs were met without being intrusive. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. It's rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and Tadley truly elevated our evening. Now, let’s talk about the food—each dish we ordered was a delight! We started with the Chili & Garlic Edamame, which was packed with flavor and an excellent way to kick off the meal. The Spicy Gili Pasta was a standout, perfectly al dente with just the right amount of heat. For the main courses, the Center Cut Filet was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, while the Wagyu Fried Rice was a sumptuous twist on a classic, rich and incredibly satisfying. The Salmon A la Plancha was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. To finish off the night, we indulged in the Strawberry Shortcake KAKIGŌRI, which was a delightful and refreshing way to celebrate. It was the perfect sweet note to end our meal! Overall, I can't thank CATCH LA enough for making my birthday so special. The combination of delicious food, an incredible atmosphere, and exceptional service from Tadley made it a night to remember. Such a fun night! From the time we arrived, we were treated with gracious hospitality. We were seated in a primo booth in the beautiful dining room. The fabulous saxophonist and musicians truly elevated the evening. We enjoyed our dinner and especially the mesmerizing burlesque show. It was a unique & memorable experience!
