Since 2001, we have been located in downtown West Palm Beach, in CityPlace. Our original location was surrounded by grand fountains, which inspired our name. However, as our popularity grew, so did our need for space. And, after 23 years, we moved into our new home, which is just steps away from the old one. Our new space is beyond our wildest imaginations. I got seated in the back corner, and while the food was great, being stuck there near the exit really affected the overall experience. It took away from the enjoyment of the meal, which was unfortunate, but it is what it is.

We’d previously visited other Ruth’s Chris locations and our experience was just underwhelming, so we never in a hurry to try again. After a recent visit with a girlfriend, I told my husband we had to give it another shot, here in West Palm Beach. Tonight from start to finish was absolutely wonderful, great meal, incredible service and we’re convinced we’ll be back! Special shout out to Lydia who was a phenomenal and knowledgeable server!
