At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. My family & I have been coming here for more than 20 years. The staff here is fabulous. Busy night tonight & the reservation ran late. The hostess bought a drink for my wife & I while we waited. Once seated Lauren was our waitress & she took exceptional care of us both. From appetizer through dessert & coffee everything was delicious.

We had a party of 4 for Girls Christmas Brunch. 2 had been before and 2 it was our first visit for Sunday Brunch. The ambiance was great as the Christmas decor was beautiful, there was a girl singing live Christmas music and they Grinch was there for photos and visiting the tables. The food was outstanding and the selection was perfect! We sat outside which was beautiful but a bit chilly until the sun reached us more. The espresso martinis were lovely as always and the service was wonderful! We can’t wait to go back!

Such an incredible place with a vast menu of choices that are all delicious. We had the most amazing service with Joe who was both attentive and personable. Great vibe being able to see the games with fabulous food and wine selections. We always look forward to returning!

Everything about last night experience at the Columbia on Sankey was wonderful. We had a drink at the bar. Service was great. Then we took our table. Kristen was our server and she was terrific. Food was excellent as always.
