Seasonal, Local & Artisanal Since 2001 Co-founder and chef Jason Weiner creates seasonally focused ever-changing menus that are guided by a market driven ethos. We highlight our personal relationships with growers, fishermen, artisans and winemakers.Our menus are artisanal and market driven featuring some updated takes on classic french/mediterannean cuisine, ethnic street food and lots of stuff in between. We are obsessive about the handmade...We hang our own charcuterie, grind our own sausage, ferment our own kimchi, dry age own steaks, and smoke our own fish & bacon.The wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines. The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

Bistro Eté is everything you long for in a restaurant tucked away in a quaint spot in The Mill Center. Transformed by Interior Designer Karen Gorman to reflect an understated chic and comfortable style that transports you to the Coast of France. This unpretentious dining experience celebrates food and wine in a setting for all the senses yet does not compete with the flavors. Chef Arie, inspired by his Cypriot heritage, formal training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and his years working under Two Star Michelin Chef Philippe Da Silva in Provence, presents cuisine reflective of this coastal style. Longtime customers can still indulge in his classic dishes such as escargot, striped bass with champagne truffle sauce and his own dry aged steaks. Of course Chef Arie’s menu will include many mouthwatering vegan and vegetarian dishes driven by altering his favorite recipes for his vegetarian wife.

Chef/Owners Lisa & Terry Harwood opened Vine Street Cafe in 2003. Located on South Ferry Road, just 1.5 miles from the South Ferry. Chef Terry works with area farmers, fishermen & vineyards and features their natural bounty on his seasonal menus. We make everything in house and Lisa's desserts, ice creams and fruit crisps are no exception. Recently, we opened a small market behind the restaurant. This is where you pick up take-out orders while stocking your home pantry. Specialty catering is available along with ready fresh meals such as meatballs, chicken salad, bread, smoked ribs, BBQ Sauce and a selection of artisan pastas. Reservations are highly recommended year round.
