A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating.     What a hidden gem! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted and we knew we were for a great experience. Everything was amazing from the service, food and ambiance. The patio is fantastic with heaters and a comfortable setting. Oceans is intimate, so make sure you have a reservation. We will definitely be back!

    Our favorite dining experience in Rancho Mirage/ Palm Desert area - always - with great friends. Ambience is always warm and welcome, service is thoughtful, timely and impeccable, the food is beautifully presented and even better and the most delicious to devour. Desserts - in particular - we love your soufflés! Also nice is the music and the saxophone player. Topped off by getting to meet third-generation owner, Madeleine. What a super star who has kept Wally’s excellent dining experience going. We very much enjoyed Madeleine taking the time to come introduce herself and spend time with us — sharing even more family history. Thank you! The Bucks

    Great service, great food. Always a wonderful experience with Josh, the manager. He runs a great restaurant he is always so welcoming to everyone and takes the time to say hello. Moses the asst manger is so friendly and accommodating. Rocky the waiter is a wonderful server and very friendly. Great overall experience.

    We have dined at Cork Tree several times and have always enjoyed our visit. The sea bass and short rib are excellent. They also have a shrimp and scallops special sometimes and it is very good as well. The oatmeal cookie tini is also great for a desert drink. Service is always on point. Try Cork Tree and I think you’ll will like it.
