We truly enjoy ourselves when we come to Sage Bistro in Cape Canaveral, FL Everyone is very friendly, the main menu has wonderful starters Spring rolls or Crab cakes (all crab) excellent entrees' from Seafood to Prime rib to Pork Chops and much more! Service was impeccable!!

Great food and service! The goat cheese risotto was melt in your mouth and scallops perfectly seared.

We were seated almost immediately after checking in. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was relaxed but fun. Our server Brandon was excellent and great with my allergy. The cocktails me and my wife got were delicious and the food was nice and hot as well as cooked to perfection.

Everything about The Fat Snook was perfect. I wish we had known about this restaurant sooner. So much perfectly balanced flavor and texture in every dish. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They even packed my leftovers for me! We will be coming back often.

Dined during our recent stay and truly enjoyed it. Nice to stay in property and not have to leave. Food quality and taste were good, service was excellent.
