Peppercorn’s Grill is owned and operated by the Cialfi siblings, Sal and Dino, Brothers Sal and Dino purchased Peppercorn's Grill in 1989 and opened Piccolo Arancio in 1994. This generation of Cialfi's has added modern creativity and personality to traditional strengths of their Italian roots. Sal and Dino were trained in the art of Italian food at their uncle's restaurant in Rome. When the opportunity to open a restaurant arose, they jumped at the opportunity and opened the first Piccolo Arancio in Rome. Piccolo Arancio was internationally acclaimed within their first year. We went early, so the noise level was fine. Does get louder as the evening goes on. Food and service was too notch as we’ve come to expect. We were not disappointed and will be back.

The food was good I wish they had an option for garlic butter for the steak sauce… and the mashpotatoes were not worth $18. Small portion no flavor. Steak was beautifully cooked and able to cut the filet with a fork. French onion was very good!

We had a reservation as it was a night that UConn was playing at the XL Center and were seated on time. The place was packed and there probably weren't enough waitstaff on duty but we were able to dine and leave with enough time to make the start of the game. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience. The food came out hot and was delicious. We will try this place again for sure and make an earlier reservation next time.

My friend and I went for our yearly Christmas lunch. It was packed with several other office parties, and yet the service was still great. Food is always outstanding. Give it a try.
